Competition Tiers

To make life easier for competitors, we are categorising all competitions into one of 4 tiers. International, and then A through C.

Corresponding to this are 3 competitive "squads" with their own selection process.

Why split them out like this? It helps us to prioritise resource and reduce pressure on the coaching team, prioritise coaching time and resources, as well as to ensure students are ready for the levels of competition they are entering. For example, somebody who competes at international level probably doesn't need coaching at an interclub the same way that someone at their first competition does.
